Bad Tummy tuck and bbl

I had a tummy tuck and bbl two months a go .
I'm a thin person, I just need it to get rid off loose skin ,that my pregnancy's lived behind and wanted to add some projection In my buttocks , I had my debuts about having enough fat for the bbl but the Doctor ensure me every time I asked that he'll get enough fat that he had thinner patients than me and was able to get enough fat ,I have see in his social media woman's with my height and weight that had a good outcome ,that's why a trusted him .But really regret chosen Doctor Kaplan as my doctor. He's popular social media foolish me, He was able to only get a total of 850 cc and divided for my two cheeks , actually I was so huge so swollen that I thought he put more than that I called to confirm but they said he only did 425cc per side .. I believe it now !
most of the fat is gone in this two months, I did everything to take care of ,I didn't seat on in for more than six weeks ,if I have to ride a car that I didn't do much I used my bbl pillow and I still do , but I think I was just full of liquids everything is pretty much gone by now.
The worse thing of this procedure is the Tummy tuck scar is really bad .. one side is longer than the other and the whole scar is crooked ,also one of the ends have a small dog ear , and the other end is even worse the stitches are bulky and pulling the skin on the side of my waist, you can see the big wrinkles that the bulky stitching is causing .
This is so unprofessional like he didn't know what he was doing Im a a thin person I thought my body wasn't even going to be a challenge for him , I have see him preforming tummy tucks in really heavy patients but I was so wrong ! .
Recovery was really hard I had three drain For two weeks and one of the staid In for 31 days , I have eight lipo holes, plus 3 drains holes
those scars those are deep ..I was hoping that everything will be worthy ,But I had really bad outcome like he didn't know what he was doing. He's a really Expensive doctor for this cheap outcome. :(

I’m 7 months post tt and bbl, My recovery haven’t been easy after having the drains for 31 days and lots of emotional feeling I have more insecurities than before , I have 6 sacar holes in my back and 4 more on the front the ones bellow my tt scars are deep because of the drains, I apply silicon scar gel every single day .
I still have some loose skin so when I seat my whole belly get deformed ,When I’m standing my belly looks like my skin is been pulled from the sides like some big wrinkles from the bulky stitches on the side of my hips .
I will have another doctor do the Revision when I feel emotionally ready .
I still have some numbness and burning sensation on the side of my waist but is so much less than before , also my belly still get swollen frequently but getting less swollen than before.
About the bbl ,I have no fat left my buttocks didn’t keep any of the fat , Dr Kaplan only was able to take 700 cc of fat total ,so that was not much divided for my two cheeks :(
I spent so much time wanted this , Now I just feel more self conscious of my body than before .
I don’t feel confortable exposing my whole body, but I’m sharing some of the tummy tuck scar pictures the right and left side of my hips , both sides have dog ears and bulky stitches on the left side. so judge for yourself!
