Revision rhinoplasty, 8 months PO

I went to Dr Yusuf Orhan Ucal for revision rhinoplasty in May 2024, I am 8 months PO. One of the worst descisions of my life. I had 2 open surgeries before him- 1st Tip plasty (open) in 2019 & corrective alarplasty (under local anaesthesia) in 2020. 2nd surgery - Septorhinoplasty in 2022 (2nd open surgery). I went to Dr Yusuf to build my bridge and derotate my nasal tip. And what he did was the complete opposite, he shaved my dorsum down and now my nasal tip is higher than before. I also had severe retracted nostrils before but he did not correct it and made my nostrils even worse, now they are even more asymmetrical. He also added a huge dent which i never had on the side of one of my nostril. He also deprojected my nose and made my nasal tip wide and flat. He made a 5cm long incision on my chest and that area feels hollow like a big chunk of rib is missing. He also told me he used cadaver rib in my nose. I don’t understand how my nose is so much shorter and smaller after. I wonder what he did with my rib? I spent 12k USD on this surgery that did not address any of my concerns and he did the complete opposite of what I asked him for. Now my nose is even shorter and piggier. On top of that he’s been incredibly unprofessional in the post op period- he’s been telling other patients that I have had 4-5 surgeries when he was my third open surgery (my columella was opened a third time). He refused to refund me back.

Just updating my latest pictures, I was confirmed by several doctors to have a saddle nose deformity and that my bridge is too low and dorsum is non-existent- all my native cartilage has been removed by this doctor.

The more I reflect the more I realise that corners were cut during my surgery despite me paying 12k. There were 2 cases during my surgery day. Most revision specialist tell me that complex revisions should only be done one case a day. So to cut corners this doctor used a dead person’s cartilage in my nasal tip then extracted a big chunk of my rib only to use maybe 1% then what? Threw my rib in the bin or sold it to use as cadaver? It takes skill and time to carve and prepare autologous rib, it’s much quicker to use dead person’s rib, also it’s much quicker to shave a nose down and make a nose smaller than it is to build a nose and make it bigger. I really question the ethics of this doctor, he’s a businessman first. To say I hate his guts is an understatement.
