After a few months of having the implants I noticed I had a double bubble effect going on. This was due to me having very little fat on the bottom part of the breasr tissue. I had more fat on the top half which made it uneven. Dr dobransky offered to fix it for me too but I had this procedure done through insurance and at the time this came up I had already lost the insurance that covered it. This wasn't a huge issue as I knew it could be fixed but I was saving for my facial surgeries and BBL so I put it on hold as no one would ever see this common complication but me. My boobs look great in bras and dresses but fixing this will purely be for my own comfort :)
Now that my BBL is done I will be looking for a revision with him but I will be changing the implants to ultra high profile and may even opt for them to be over the muscle to avoid this issue in the future. I may go slightly bigger and go for 450ccs instead of 350 too!

Hello, I wanted to share my story with any others...

Hello,
I wanted to share my story with any others interested. I am male to female transgender, 25 years old, 5'1" and 135lbs. I started my search for a plastic surgeon for my Breast Augmentation surgery as the next part of my transition around January of 2017. I have been on hormone replacement therapy for over 3 years at the time of initial consults and was only at about 34A in size. I was definitely not happy with the size. I looked around for several surgeons in the Long Island area and started scheduling consults. Most made me wait 20-30 minutes in the lobby and then another 5-15 in the office. It became a pattern. The doctor comes in to do the consult and takes a 5-second look and starts rattling off what is needed and immediately tries to pressure a date to be booked for procedures. I was quite dissatisfied with the experience I had at first. Some weren't even all to concerned with what I wanted and just sad they would do what they would when the operation was happening.
My final consult was with Dr. Dobryansky of Long Island Plastic Surgical Group who I found through this website. The office was very modern and clean while the receptionists were extremely professional. I waited less than 2 minutes before being called into the office and immediately started the questioning process I had become so familiar with. After the questions were done the doctor came in right afterward to take a look. I was extremely impressed with their patience. I had brought a list of questions with me and they answered every one of them with detail. They even did vector imaging right on the consult to show me what it could look like with each sizing option. The doctor himself spent over 40 minutes with me during the free consult with no pressure to book a date right away. After several consults all over Long Island, I was 100% satisfied with this one.
A week later I booked my surgery date for late August. I was quoted a price of $8,000 for the procedure that included everything: Operating room, anesthesia, pre-op testing, post-op care, medication, post-op appointments, and even a year-long agreement that if any revision surgery were needed it would be covered (although unlikely needed). I later was able to get my surgery covered by insurance as part of a gender identity medical necessity. So far everything, including medication, has cost me around $1,300.
The surgery itself took place at a small hospital and the staff was very nice and professional. The procedure took about 3 hours. I had 355ccs silicone implants done. There wasn't much pain but quite a lot of discomfort with the swelling and sore muscles. I was able to return to work after about 2 weeks, although if I had a desk job it would probably have only been a week. I was extremely happy with the results that I had. Originally I was told I might need a lift on my left breast (which several surgeons just ended up quoting me a whole other price tag for), but it was included in my original single price for the augmentation. In the end, I did not need it as Dr. Dobryansky was able to even things out with implants alone. My only regret is that I wish I had gone a little bigger. The vector images are a little deceiving but I am nonetheless extremely happy with what I got! Although my insurance covered it, in the end, I would have had no problem paying the original price if needed! It was well worth it!

I went to Long Island Plastic Surgical Group for Breast Augmentation and am so glad that I did! I had Dr. Dobryansky as my surgeon and am super satisfied with the results I have received! I am Male to Female transgender, 25, 5'1" and 135lbs. I had 355ccs of silicone implants done and aside from a little regret on my part of not going big enough (I ended up as a 34D and kind of wish i went just a bit more), I am as happy as can be with them. Every other surgeon I went to before LIPSG for consults was a complete disaster. It was clear they just wanted my money and didn't seem to care much about the results. They took a few seconds to take a look at you hand you a price tag. LIPSG and Dr. Dobryansky actually made me feel like they really care about even the smallest details. They took over 40 minutes with me on a free consult which is something that I was immensely surprised by. Being that I am transgender I found that they were very knowledgeable, respectful and understanding. It was a much more pleasant experience that I had anticipated when I started searching months ago. I would highly recommend anyone in the Long Island area to go to them. I plan to have more surgical procedures done and definitely plan to go back to Dr. Dobransky and LIPSG! :)
