Right after my Dysport injections, my eyelids were droopy. They were so droopy I couldn't put on eye shadow or mascara on without lifting my brow up! 6 weeks later, I'm still putting up w/ this.
I let it go and lived with it for a while, thinking it might resolve before writing the office to tell them of my concern. The dr. did respond to email immediately, and I went back in to have this looked it. He told me it was simply "brow drop" and was sadly just one of the 3,000 that this happens to...that it was my bodies reaction to the Dysport that caused this.
From what I am reading on these boards, that is more than likely NOT the case, but instead improperly placed injections, or a much too high dose of Dysport. I personally didn't think my forehead look very "wrinkled" to begin with and I truly have no "crows feet" so he injected above my brows and higher on forehead and did the 11's. Now I am stuck with a dropped brow and droopy eyelids....
On my initial visit, I also inquired about my marionette lines around my mouth, to which he never even suggested anything, just saying that was fillers like Juvaderm , etc. for that, tho he didn't recommend doing that.
He mentioned using cleansers with Vit. A and retinol, and when I asked about purchasing what they might have for sale, he didn't offer anything to sell..which in the big scheme of things seems "odd"..when they had items on "display" on the counter in the office.
Some might say it's great he wasn't PUSHING anything on me...but it seemed odd that he didn't. Also, we had discussed facials, or which he said he "receptionist" was expert at...so I asked for a menu of pricing for facials at the desk on my way out..and the dr. and receptionist looked at each other, and more or less shrugged off my question saying they didn't have all the supplies they needed...or something weird like that.
My daughter had gifted me a Groupon to have this done, and I truly regret going through with it. I truly think I should have been told that I didn't really NEED Dysport and offered up something else instead to spend the $369 on.
I don't trust Dr. Glassman's office, or his skill with injectables. I would NOT go back and would not recommend anyone to this office. They offered NO compensation for my trouble.
PLUS the office was eerily quiet the two times I was there...no one waiting, no one coming in, and 3 incoming phone calls I heard were all to schedule Groupons, as the receptionist asked which Groupon they were redeeming. If an office is surviving mostly on Groupons..something isn't right, in my opinion.

Provider Review
Doctor Glassman and his receptionist Gail are very personable at first glance...but I seriously doubt the Dr.'s skill with injectables. Also, when I left, it was the week before Thanksgiving, and while they whisked me out the door, while I was discussing my daughter's pricey Groupon gift that went so wrong, They said "Hope you have a nice Thanksgiving", and as I was about to exit the door, the Dr. says "Don't eat too much"!! (What?!?!) Mind you, I am NOT overweight, but what a weird comment from a doctor... I would NOT go back and would NOT recommend this location.
