My face has been destroyed by radiesse and a gyno who should not be allowed to inject . If you live anywhere near avon ct...Please contact me . My life has been turned upside down and this man did nothing to help me. My face and life are horribly altered. He wont speak to me . Puts his office manager on phonw. New england medical aesthetics. Dont be fooled. He is not a plastic surgeon or dermatologist.

I also had an MD who had good ratings online object Radiesse into my lips the beginning of April. It was my first time to have any filler injected, and he suggested Radiesse. Immediately my lips swelled in the office, he gave me ice and told me to take ibuprofen and Benadryl. A few hours later they were triple that and stretched in pain. He said I must've had a reaction. Over the next 48 hours the swelling decreased but my lips were in a lot of pain. Then the lumps were very apparent, one on my upper lip looked like a huge fever blister. I went back to his office for a consult and he told me to give it some time. Another week of pain and embarrassment and I went back and he injected hyalironidase into that and another of the larger lumps in attempt to dissolve and told me to wait another week. After a week, and no change, I went back for another round of the injections. Later that day he called to apologize to me and tell me that the hyaluronidase was not going to help because once he looked more into it he realized the Radiesse is calcium and forms hard nodules like bone that cannot be dissolved like other fillers, so he would have to surgically remove the lumps. The next week I went in and it took him 3 injections of lidocaine & about an hour to scrape out hard particles to remove the first large lump and then suture it together. He told me I have to wait another week to do another. Considering there are at least 10 lumps this could take forever and the amount of visits to his office, time, multiple injections into my lips and the pain I'm in this whole time(I cannot rub my lips/wipe with towel/kiss my husband or kids) without being in agony. I'm on here searching of what I can or need to do. This is absolutely miserable!!!

I am truly sorry . I feel your pain and know what this does to you and your life. There should be laws against these doctors that ruin your looks and get away with it with no recourse or sanctions. Disgusting how he injected your lips when radiesse is NOT supposed to go there and then he though Hyaluronidase would help when EVERYONE knows that is only for HA fillers. Sounds like your doctor at least has a heart and is trying to help. Mine told me it was my body that reacted to the radiesse. I am praying and wishing you the best.

I can completely understand. I had him do a lipo procedure and was left with a protrusion in my stomach which I noticed immediately after it was done. He kept telling me it was ok it would go down so here it is almost a year later and my stomach looks horrible. I have a few other procedures prior to this none of which I was satisfied with but I learned my lesson the hard way. Price was affordable but the outcome of dissatisfaction is priceless. I am so upset my how deformed my stomach looks

STILL GOING TO MIRROR EACH DAY IN HOPES OF SOME RELIEF. DO NOT GO TO DOCTOR GLASMANN IN AVON CT. . NO DOCTOR SHOULD GET AWAY WITH THIS . THERE SHOULD BE LAWS TO PROTECT PEOPLE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE LIFE ALTERING EXPERIENCE . THIS MAN IS SUPPOSEDLY AN OBGYN. DO NOT LET HIM TOUCH YOUR FACE. NO COMPASSION . NO HELP. WILL ONLY COMMUNICATE THROUGH OFFICE MANAGER. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO HIM.

Horrible Injector of Radiesse--- Five months later.......still crying

Five months after Lumps of radiesse were injected into my face. I suffer mentally and two of my closest relationships are over. PLEASE know your injector well. if possible seek opinions of other patients and check for board certifications in plastic surgery or dermatology. I still cry when looking in the mirror. I wasnt a movie star before.... but i was me. and i was confident. that has been crushed by an arrogant unskilled "doctor" . Karma????
