Not Worth the Investment for Me

I was assured by known and professional clinic (with medical doctors only, not med spa) to be an optimal candidate for Aviclear course.
I achieved 10% less oily skin and fewer breakout with lower severity.
I am 35+ struggling with acne and scarring my whole life, after multiple courses of accutane, I went for spironolactone and Aviclear.
My oiliness and breakout were managed by spiro on 50% of previous intensity in the year before the Aviclear course.
It's been 9 months since my last treatment. It was extremely painful for me and expensive, for little to no results.
I don't consider adding more treatments. There is a change or improvement after 9+ months for some people, but according to published studies chances seems to be small.
