I have cystic acne I never had before!

I'm 5 weeks post my final aviclear (3x, a month apart ) and i have cystic acne I never had before! I'm on differin .03 and BP which usually would resolve bumps in 2-4 days but it's doing nothing for these. I used to get 1-2 a month which is why I was interested in Aviclear. I more have 10 inflamed bumps all over my forehead. I called provider and was told to get a doctor to prescribe me antibiotics which what was the point of the cost and discomfort and time of the aviclear ? I was never warned this might be an outcome. Sad i jumped in when it was so new.
