Beware of pain, scarring & moderate/severe breakout

I couldn't post photos in my first post. It said file size was too big but here are some photos so people can see what my skin has been through. You can see the purging I experienced and you can see the marks left by the laser which looks like little dots in the shape of a flower. I suffered mentally from this procedure as I couldn't stand to look at myself in the mirror. I also couldn't take the pain and itching from the cystic acne..it was horrible.

I believe the current warnings regarding the potential side effects of Aviclear are vague and misleading. I experienced horrible purging, as well as scarring from the laser and the constant cystic/nodular acne. It was also much more painful than it is advertised. I don't know how anyone could do it without nitrous gas. With that being said, I believe that it works for some people so I don't want to tell people not to get it BUT I want people to know that it is not an easy journey and if you are anything like me you will be left with scarring that will require chemical peels and microneedling to correct. Think about this procedure long and hard before you pull the trigger. It should be an absolute last resort. After I received the last Aviclear treatment, I continued to break out with new cysts daily until I started using face reality products. For that reason, I would recommend trying the face reality program before trying Aviclear.
