Consultation review: I had a disappointing experience

. I arrived for my appointment with high hopes, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. To start, the doctor had a visible black eye, which immediately struck me as unprofessional. I understand that accidents happen, but it's crucial for a healthcare professional to maintain a certain level of decorum, especially when dealing with clients.
Furthermore, the doctor didn't fulfill the agreement we had in terms of the treatment. This left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated.

Given the high cost charged by Dr. Drury I expected a level of professionalism and expertise that, unfortunately, was lacking in my experience.
