No packet yet; I think they usually send it out 45 days before the procedure date. I am gathering information from the other ladies that have posted here...it is a lot to go through. Today, I made hotel arrangements for the first 5 days - not sure what I will be doing for the remainder of my time in FL yet...rates around Memorial Day are quite high...taking it one step at a time...
