Feeling great and starting to feel normal again. All I need to do is exercise once my PS tells me its okay. No feeling of regrets. Feeling so glad I took thus decision. Couldn't be any happier :)

How did you lose so much weight? You look great!
I have no clue. I just lower my salt intake and have been drinking lots of water. Nothing sweet. But when I do get cravings I eat the fruit snacks from welchs. Low in sugar and low in calories. And thanks!
Looking great!
Thank you :)
You look fantastic! I'm so jealous! I just want my day to be here already! 46 days and counting, ugh! Lol

Will be 7 weeks in 2 more days!

I'm finally able to cook for my family and they are thrilled about it. I'm starting to feel a little more normal. Every now and then I get the burning sensation on the left side of my incision but I've noticed it happens when I'm sitting down for too long. Yesterday I was able to go buy my daughters school uniforms. Had a great Fourth of July weekend and spent it with family.
My lower abdomen is still swollen. I have to go for my two month follow up next week. My appetite is coming back but I'm definitely eating healthy with lots of veggies and fruits. Lots of water and low sodium foods as well. I've lost 12 lbs so far and would hate to gain any at this point but I'm not thinking about my goal weight yet since I still have to do the lipo in a couple of months.
I have my scar covered with silicone tape and looks really thin except for the sides. I plan on starting the silicone cream once I run out of the tape. I'll let you all know how it works out.
So far everything good and still happy with my decision.

I find it interesting you had more swelling at week 4 than out of surgery me too! I didn't swell till week 5 ps says that's normal and may stay awhile :( until our lymphatic system knows how to drain the fluid it will be there thanks for sharing to make me feel better
Yes I was a little upset when I saw how swollen I was but then I saw week 5 and I was thrilled! Definitely worth every penny!
I hope my swelling goes away it's still here week 7 :(
Well Tomm I will be 6 weeks and today I'm feeling really swollen. I now understand why some people call it the roller coaster time of a tummy tuck. Some days I'm super flat and then the next....ugh so swollen :( But keep you hopes up, soon all this swelling will go away for good :)
That makes me feel better that other ppl have gone through that and it's got a name lol!! Thanks! I feel better and yes some days swollen than others!!
