WORTH IT$20,000

I have only been thinking about this surgery for about one month since i was in miami visiting my friend.. she told me about the fat transfer surgery that her friend got and told me i should look into it... my friend has booty shots...which i don't want since they are illegal and i heard so many bad stores about them... i was originally going to go with dr. mendieta since he is the doctor who did my friends bbl... but as i was researching online i seen a lot of negative reviews which i didn't feel comfortable with... i found dr. salama on here and read a lot of good reviews did some research on him and here i am waiting till june 13th for my procedure... i also scheduled to have a breast augmentation consolation in dec. i want to have my breast done before i go see dr. salama in june... these will be my first plastic surgeries...i don't know how to feel right now... lol but i need to just get it over with already sheesh...lol

well i changed my dr... and I'm scheduled to have surgery with dr. mendieta now on feb 26th. which is about ten days away...i've gained weight and been trying to keep my work outs minimal so i can maintain the fat since they told me i didn't have enough. I'm really excited to get this over with. i hope everything comes out well and goes smoothly. i did want to go to salama but i didn't want to wait all the way till june...also i like how mendieta sculpts the mid section better. and that is important to me. i want someone very aggressive with lipo.

So I had my surgery Tuesday this last week. And for me there really wasnt alot of pain. Just discomfort. The day after sugery I was walking around . Making my food. Draining my drains. Basically doing everything normally with in Reason. Dr mendieta is very nice and makes you really feel comfortable and welcomed . He knows his stuff but doesn't not come of as cocky at all. . I'm very happy I chose him. From what I can see now he did such a great job with my body. Looks so great really sculpt my mid section that's why I chose him . The butt is very beautiful to even on both sides. Looks nice and plump. Looks like this could be my natural shape. Like I was just really really blessed lol. I get to take stains out Tuesday. So I can't wait for that... we post pics when drains are out

Wow!!!!! You are stunning!!!! Happy to hear you are feeling great!!! I really appreciate you posting pics. Thanks! I hope I recover as well as you did. :)

im a real health freak...and i don't drink or smoke...i work out 5-6 times a week... so my recovery was very smooth...im sure you will be fine...just take really good care of yourself between now and then and you will be great! thanks :-)

I agree that leading a healthy lifestyle will definitely speed up the recovery process. I too do not smoke or drink. I haven't exercised though in months as I've been trying to gain weight (which I've succeeded at) prior to scheduling my surgery I did Pilates and cardio often....I am dying to get back to these things as I feel horrible. I just want to get this over with already.....9 more weeks!!! Thanks for your time.

I hella feel you because I felt exactly the same like you. I also had to gain weight but I worked out up until I flew out for my surgery. I just decreased my cardio. Did Heavier weights for legs since I didn't want to have skinny legs with a big butt . And ate Healthy still but just ate more. And I ate also. To gain muscle mass. Thats why u can see the muscle in my stomach and legs are strong. Plus I think u need to be physical strong to recover well to. Just my opinion :)

I really appreciate the advice! It makes great sense. I haven't been exercising at all and eating a lot of carbs which I know isn't a good idea (just wanting to pack on the pounds) ...I feel so fatigued after eating a ton of carbs. I am going to start back lifting weights to strengthen my muscles and eat healthier just larger portion sizes to keep the weight on. I'm following your recommendations in hopes of having a smooth and speedy recovery as you did. I'm mentally prepared for the worst though.....I believe.

yeah just stay eating healthy bigger portions...i allowed myself to cheat and eat bad things to...i just maintain my healthy lifestyle and including eating bad things to...not to much though...try not to have any negative thoughts...i know its hard but you need to be mentally prepared or else you will freak yourself out...everything is going to be great if you take care of yourself and follow directions before and after surgery... i was walking around and doing everything for myself right after i got out of surgery...lol i wasn't really suppose to but i was paranoid about getting dvt...lol plus i really had no pain..its more of a discomfort than anything else. also when i woke up from surgery my butt just felt like i did a million squats...but not painful... i boxed for a few years so i have a very high pain tolerance...much doesn't hurt me...u will be great...you are in great hands i promise...u can see my results r great..and so will yours
