wow i dk how you were able to take pics same day post surgery!!! you will be able to walk good as soon as your drains are removed!!! trust me you will feel much better! what size garment did they put on you? mine was 36 but today i bought a different one from somewhere else that doesnt cover me until my knee...a relief!!!

you should take arnica montana pellets from vitamin shoppe acceoss from center 8.99 and take 5 pellets 3 times a day.... that us lots of liquid (water, gatorade) and lymphatic drainage massages got me thru hell week (first week) i stopped taking pain meds 4 days post op since it contributes alot w the swelling and slowmetabolism. i also took collace (stool softener) abour one week post op to help with constipation

38 and it is baggy r u in Miami still? I need a good massage I have fluid! I feel it when I lie down I have an appt Thursday but [RS bleep] no ride Smh! Where did u go to buy garment I need WAY more compression. My stomach is bloating up and all weird like. My right drain is burning I want it out now ugh! They gave such a big garment thinking I'd come back and buy another one from them soon [RS bleep] that I'm getting mine elsewhere bc they tried to tell me my garment fits fine and it doesn't it's scratching up

They didn't even schedule me for massages yet wits up with that?? Bc I def. need one I had a day one post op all they did was take off my garment wipe me down and hum ,,nothing else lol thought it was a waste of time and travel as I live in south Miami!

I live in miami. I actually scheduled my massages elsewhere because i felt in desperate need of someones attention and assistance as My one day post op was just like yours.... even worse (since one girl didnt change my front drain gauze and i had to personally show up Monday (4days post op) appointmentless to ask whether or not i am supposed to change them my self. they said yes i should change gauze and tape them and i said well i need to see you do it because the girl who did my post op didnt at all change my front gauze on post op day. and they informed me that she was supposed too and they were going to "talk to her" (like if it mattered at that point) I have two size 36 garments one they gave me and one i bought just because i couldnt stand being with drainage leaks for too long they tried to sell it to me for $100 but I bought it for $80. If you want it I can give it to you for like $20 ... I would just give it away but with the cost of $101 for each of my massages every little bit helps. I live in Miami Beach text me 3055423509 and let me know what time thursday you have your post op appointment I work M-F 9-5 so i would have someone take it to you when you are in Aventura. My surgery included one ultrasound and i havent had it because apparently they are booked or their availability doesnt fit my schedule. At this point i probably dont even need it. As soon as they remove your drains this thursday you will feel alot better trust me. I suggest you take some bottled drink with you in case you get lightheaded or woozy. (maybe apple juice, or gatorade) something with sugar incase your blood pressure lowers ( happened to me) the back drain removal i felt waymore than front one but overall it wasnt too bad. The place where i get my massages is literally 3 blocks south... right next to olive garden but I believe my massage lady is off this Wednesday-Friday but she is great! She has given me support and lifted my spirits when I felt supercrappy especially first week. now i am almost 3 weeks and i dk what i wouldve done without her since my alot of my swelling went down and all my bruising faded that first week. Its expensive getting at least two sessions (one hr each) per week but I find it worth it. I didnt want liquid buildup or anything negative so i rather be safe than sorry and soo far Ive seen changes. Let me know how you are doing. Its soo hard not to sit!!! Its impossible for me since i drive and work at office but i carry boppy pillow everywhere.

I barely sit but catch myself layin on my belly croppin one leg up lololol ive lost swellin in my butt the drains r out but omg tht process killed meeeeee they r so long i had 3 of them i fainted lol felt like they ripped my soul out of me. Thanks i actially went on amazon n found a vedette garment for 47 bux n its a small ive been wearing tht n its doin wonders for my waist!! Omg i love it do ur massages feel good i had one las night i dnt think she did it right it was very light n didnt hurt at alllll
