I know that there are lots of list out there but I just wanted to highlight 4 things that I found extremely helpful.

I also had my bbl done about 4 weeks ago. I fell in love with my results as time went on....lol. did you loose alot of volume? how is everything holding up. I was going to write about my journey but havent gotten a chance to yet
