Im 5'9, 18 years old and 190llbs. I started researching butt implants a year ago and decided to consider surgery. I quickly realized that the projection I wanted could only be achieved with a HUGE implant, im talking 600ccs or more. So I consulted a couple of surgeons and majority of them dot do implants they do Bbls. Im just afraid of getting the surgery and the fat reabsorbs then I would be highly pissed off! I want Lipo of the abdomen, flanks, entire back and my inner thighs.

Hey chicas! So, I spoke to Nancy (Salama) and she confused me at first. I had emailed her a few weeks back and told her that I wanted liposuction with implants. I was super excited until she said at the last minute that salama doesn't do implants on out of town patients. I was like WTF? I had told you WEEKS AGO that I was an out of town patient and now your telling me this? But as I thought about it, the reason why she kept in touch with me was because she was trying to push a bbl on me. Smh. But anyways, I emailed her a day ago and asked why he doesn't do implants on out of town patients. She never gave me a straight forward answer. But she did state that I HAD TO STAY IN AVENTURA 30 DAYS POST OP! Lol that's insane. So I asked her for a quote of implants and lipo of my inner thighs. She quoted me 11,9999 + 500$ additional for thighs. The flanks, abdomen and back are included in quote. Mmm not sure about the price so I decided to expand my options.
