Yesterday I met with doctor Rami and ladies he IS...
Yesterday I met with doctor Rami and ladies he IS such a good doctor. he really takes his time with you. he chooses to only do 2-3 surgeries a day because he really wants to take the time to perfect you. he said the reason is because you are in his care, and when he does surgery, he considers it a marriage lool....hes committed to ensuring you come out and leave HAPPY. he spotted my unevenness . i showed him pictures and he explained in DETAIL how he can make that happen. he asked me what kind of shape, what kind of curve, what kind of stomach, what kind of EVERYTHING. He wants you to work with him and He wants to know what YOU want because he wants YOU to be satisfied. he doesnt give you what he thinks you want. he allows you to show pictures, and he draws in your file so he can pull it out during surgery. HE IS amazing. Also, he reads RealSelf. and told me he liked my idea of the camisole and now hes suggesting it to his patients ! He really is a perfectionist and really takes his time. he doesnt rush, and if he feels he needs to take an extra 2 hours to get you right, he said he'll stay there to GET YOU RIGHT. He has a lot of earlier dates. really consider him. i am VERY happy i switched from Salama to him. Im a perfectionist and he pointed out my imperfections that i wanted to change before i even opened my mouth! after surgery he also gives you his personal cell phone number so you can contact him DIRECTLY if you have any concerns whatsoever!

TEAM RAMI# I WENT FOR MY PREOP CONSULTATION WITH CYNT AND NANCY BUT I DIDN'T SEE THE DOC. I TRUS HIM AND NEVER MET HIM. LOL!!!!

Oh no dr ghurani is about to become booked too. I emailed Nancy last night about switching. I cannot wait until April. I wish I could do it sooner but having a revision on my Rhino in January so I have to wait plus it gives me time to gain more weight

Hey there girlie, I'm scheduled that day w Dr Ghurani too:)) I live in CA, I'm arriving on the 8th w God's Will:) I'm happy to hear someone else has same date as me n w him! N yes it's bcuz of Asiangotbooty that I decided to go w him too:) I'm sure many will go w him now if he continues to do gr8 work w big bootys! :))

I'm right after u then:) I'm scheduled for 10:00am which isn't bad cuz I'm on a 3 hr time difference so it will b like as if I will doing at 7 or 8 .... I'm getting excited but also very nervous thinking if I will look good after or if I will b disappointed on the results:/ ur a lot younger than me by almost half! Lol! N way thinner!! I think younger skin looks by far better than an older woman like myself n after soo many kids! But hey I luv my kids n I feel very blessed to have them!! I luv God n pray he isn't upset w me for doing this! But I kno he luvs me n he also kno my devotion to him too. So I think I'm good! I just hope I can find a massage place out here when I get back!

Hey ladies!!! I'm new here and I nervous as hell. I have been going back and forth with the idea of this surgery for months . I decided to go with Salama. Today is my birthday so I paid my deposit. I'll have to wait for sept for Salama. I can't wait that long.
