BBL Part 2: New Game Plan... Help me ladies

I think I'm back to square one again !!!!
My surgery is far away, September to be exact. I thought I would start dotting my I's and crossing my T's or at least I thought. I'm starting to have mixed feelings about vanity, I don't like that negative energy circulating and awful miscommunication that many of the lady's are having with vanity( Jessica). I haven't experience the confusion with my surgical coordinator Abner but I would hate to pay all this money go down there and Dr. Ghurani tells me he will not do my surgery or better yet another surgeon walk in and tell my they will be doing my surgery.
My initial plan was to go in April have my consultation just to confirm and see Dr. Ghurani face-to-face but now I'm starting to feel like what if I go down to Florida and all the information that I received was wrong --I'm out of hotel and airfare. I can't have that !! I want to believe that all the post that I'm reading about each individuals' experience is true because I don't think someone would take the time to make this up and if so then I have all the red flags waving in my face so I'm asking myself is the trip worth taking having all this information that could very well be true.
Here's my dilemma as I told my homegirl (QTwithabootie) that I will be traveling with for surgery, I'm not worried about getting my money back what I'Mmmmmmm worried about is how I will react if S#*T don't go down the way my surgical coordinator(Abner) told me it would be. I'm for sure I will do more than just yell and curse, I know myself better than that and THEY will too. By the time the police come, they will be peeling me off somebody, and BA BAAM just like that --the damage will be done, SMH .... For this reason I think it's best to start looking for alternative options.
At this point I plan to get a tummy tuck, bbl and inner thigh lipo at the same time. If I can I would also like the majority of my back lipoed as well. I like nice round heart shape butts . The most important part for me is the sculpting from the right skilled doctor .. ...once I find the right doctor with the proper credentials. Lady's can you give me some suggestion, and please I Say this RESPECTFULLY, I am not looking for a doctor that has DEATH a wish list, although lot of their body's are hot to death, literally ...lol.
I'm really not sold on going to the Dominican Republic for surgery due to communication issues but the results are off the hook. So now I'm on my quest again to find the best doctor to get me the closet to my ideal look... U.S or D.R
