BBL Part 2: New Game Plan... Help me ladies

I'm a plus size women in my late 20s !! I have no desire to be thin just skinny- thick if that makes any sense, my wish pics will reflect what I find attractive to ME. I have no children and I've been advised to wait to have surgery by many doctors but I don't care, if my results are altered back on the table I go, very simple. I just want to LOVE the way I look!

After lots of thoughts of should I or shouldn't I ?? I finally decided on my doctor due to experience, clean medical reputation and of course price $$$. I was originally going to Dr. Robles because I'm also getting a tummy tuck . I love her work, but I won't lie I'm still a little hesitant to go to the Dominican republic not fully understanding the laws and regulations and most importantly my doctor :-( considering everything is in Spanish. God knows those doctors in DR are specialist in making serious curves, I'm obsessed with their work but Lord knows what I'm signing down there when you can't read S**t, but any-who, I'll be traveling to Florida with the hopes that Dr. Ghurani will give me what I'm looking for!!

What I'm looking for -- like everyone else I want a small waist but not cartoonish!!! No offense to those who do. My expectation is to have a tummy tuck first with serious liposuction and then come back for round 2 three months later. I think I have a nice butt I just want Ghurani to plump up and fill out the buttocks. I personally like full heart shape butts not shelf butts, I'm fine with a 30in waist and my hips being 39in, I'm good with those measurements, that's still sexy to me. I need to see him face to face, he said I'm being very realistic but that was only looking at pictures. I was told my surgery would be $4500 for the bbl and $3500 for tt this was before the price went up. I've made my deposit and I plan on going to doctor Ghurani for a consultation in April.

My surgery is far away, September to be exact. I thought I would start dotting my I's and crossing my T's or at least I thought. I'm starting to have mixed feelings about vanity, I don't like that negative energy circulating and awful miscommunication that many of the lady's are having with vanity( Jessica). I haven't experience the confusion with my surgical coordinator Abner but I would hate to pay all this money go down there and Dr. Ghurani tells me he will not do my surgery or better yet another surgeon walk in and tell my they will be doing my surgery.

My initial plan was to go in April have my consultation just to confirm and see Dr. Ghurani face-to-face but now I'm starting to feel like what if I go down to Florida and all the information that I received was wrong --I'm out of hotel and airfare. I can't have that !! I want to believe that all the post that I'm reading about each individuals' experience is true because I don't think someone would take the time to make this up and if so then I have all the red flags waving in my face so I'm asking myself is the trip worth taking having all this information that could very well be true.

Here's my dilemma as I told my homegirl (QTwithabootie) that I will be traveling with for surgery, I'm not worried about getting my money back what I'Mmmmmmm worried about is how I will react if S#*T don't go down the way my surgical coordinator(Abner) told me it would be. I'm for sure I will do more than just yell and curse, I know myself better than that and THEY will too. By the time the police come, they will be peeling me off somebody, and BA BAAM just like that --the damage will be done, SMH .... For this reason I think it's best to start looking for alternative options.

At this point I plan to get a tummy tuck, bbl and inner thigh lipo at the same time. If I can I would also like the majority of my back lipoed as well. I like nice round heart shape butts . The most important part for me is the sculpting from the right skilled doctor .. ...once I find the right doctor with the proper credentials. Lady's can you give me some suggestion, and please I Say this RESPECTFULLY, I am not looking for a doctor that has DEATH a wish list, although lot of their body's are hot to death, literally ...lol.

I'm really not sold on going to the Dominican Republic for surgery due to communication issues but the results are off the hook. So now I'm on my quest again to find the best doctor to get me the closet to my ideal look... U.S or D.R
