5 yr update
Hi everyone.
I'd like to apologize to the people that asked me questions in 2015. I had given up on bbl revision but am considering it again. I went all summer embarrassed to wear a bathing suit.
My under butt scars are still visible and my butt still indents and I still have scar tissue lumps in my abdominal area. I gained some weight but started working out again. My right butt cheek is bigger and shaped different than my left. The first year that I had my bbl I had a hard marble sized ball in the right cheek but it has since dissolved. When I look in the mirror I can still see that it looks like something was injected in upper part of cheeks plus It's firm to the touch. Its that noticeable. Idk if that's normal or if the fat hardened. It used to hurt for a few yrs while I did sit ups but now It's just firm. I definitely need a revision. It looks worse in person.
My fupa or pubic area is loose post bbl. Definitely need a tummy tuck.
We shall see after I lose weight If I still need a tt.
I did send Dr Salamas office coordinator, Nancy my post op photos and she said she had nothing to do with this and asked me to send the photos to the Dr. So I never replied because she could have sent them to the Dr like she initially did before the bbl appt. I thought that was dismissive, in my opinion and to be honest I wouldn't go back to him I only wanted his opinion and some suggestions.
Anyway questions, let me know.
Ill try to upload an update but I gained weight since and I'm trying to lose the weight now. My butt looks big for my legs, in my opinion since gaining the weight so please be nice. I never wanted a bigger butt just an improvement to what I had.
God bless and good luck to everyone that will be having a bbl.
I'll post better pictures later, showing other irregularities.

Update 1yr 7 months- still not happy with dimples and unevenness.
I've been working out and in my opinion its working a little but I still need a revision because the dimples, dents, and unevenness is ugly to me. My dimples look worse in person and they go to the bottom of my booty. The only smooth part is the top which is firmer. So I always wear undies hiding the middle where the most dimples and unevenness is. I'd like to make the flat parts in the middle rounded if possible and lipo my upper arms and bra rolls but it isn't cheap so i'll have to wait a while to save the money. Has anyone had revision for what and what were the results? which doctor did you use? Thanks. TTYL :)
Need revision. insecure about dents/dimples.
Does anyone know a good store or clothes that I can buy for big booty's. I have trouble buying clothes. Nothing fits. All shorts ride up and half my ass is out. Pants or jeans stick out at the waist and leggings show my dimples/dents. I hate wearing belts so that's out of the question. I can't find jeans that fit my waist and booty size. 31 waist 47 booty. I wish I was 27 waist 45 booty. It's just too big for me. I can't go anywhere without people staring. The clothes that kind of fit my waist are very form fitting on my booty and people stare more plus my BF gets mad at me for wearing "painted on clothes" like he say's. I just can't win. The scars and bra fat are another issue. lol I'll post recent pics asap. TTYL :)
