After a long 5 months of planning finally my surgery day is only 10 days away, I can't believe it! I'll start by saying that I'm 5'2 140 lbs and I have 4 kids, it really wasn't until after I had my 4th child that my butt and its shape completely changed. I ended up getting a lipo to my inner and outer thighs in march 2013 because I was told that would "contour" the shape and make it look perkier, well that was a lie, now I just look deformed, squared and with a flat droopy ass. After reading the experiences of the ladies on realself I decided what I need is a BBL and after seeing Dr. Ghurani's before and after pics, I chose him. I had considered going out of the country because of the results I was seeing not to mention the price difference but I just decided to play it safe and stay in the US.My labs have been completed, hotel and plane ticket booked, surgery paid in full, now it's just about the minor details and supplies. SUPER nervous!!!
