1 month post treatment - I have now started weight training again without any issues.
What I am happy about the most: the sweating is almost all gone. Even when I am working out and sweating everywhere else, sweat stains hardly show. In my daily life I am not sweating at all.
I have changed the rating to worth it and hope that it will stay like this!

Looks promising
So I am now 11 days post treatment and I haven't sweat yet.
The swelling is almost gone and not noticeable to others. Certain movements still hurt or are uncomfortable (putting hands above the head, quick movements). I will try to go on a easy run tomorrow but I think I'll have to wait with weight Training some more.

So it is Friday and I had my miraDry treatment on...
So it is Friday and I had my miraDry treatment on Monday. I won't go into detail for the treatment you can find that a lot here. However I must say that the injections to numb the underarm area were more painful than expected. They have done 2 rounds under each arm on Level 5. I was given ice packs and sent home after the treatment. And here is the deal: they told me recovery was going to be easy, I could work out after a few days, and could go to work right away.
Thankfully I took the day after the treatment off. I was icing 24/7 even getting up in the night to change coolpacks the first two days I also took Ibuprofen. The injections wore off about 4-5 hours after treatment and then the swelling began. It was really uncomfortable and every move hurt. I went to work the second day after treatment (thankfully i have a desk job and was able to ice all the time) and by the time I went to lunch my whole upper body was swollen (noticeable to my colleagues). Thursday I went on a brief walk through the city and I could feel every step in my underarms.
Today (Friday) I feel like the swelling is reduced to 20% and it was the first night I could sleep comfortably.
From the day after the treatment I would get damp under both arms - this really disappoints me, it is not as bad as before and I haven't sweat through any shirt yet to leave visible sweat marks, but still.
However given the painful and long recovery if the "sweating" stays like this I will probably not go back and get a second treatment. I'll have a check up in 3 months
