hi I am 43 and from Australia I actually went in completely blind about my tummy tuck ....I was not informed what to expect or what I can and cannot do ...its been 16 days since my surgery ...I am taking one day at a time ....because each day night is very different .....the only thing that annoys me the most is tightness of my stomach ...is not only annoying but very uncomfortable ....I had this for medical reason and this was to help gain that back ....can anyone please advice me what I can or cannot do as I am all alone have no one to look after me at all ....so yes finding it very hard thanks for taking time to list xx
