It was a long but worthy procedure/recovery. Pain was no where near as bad as everyone made it out to be. Swelling seems to last a life time but does subside about 9-12months mark I strongly suggest using supportive underwear at least 6-12 months it helps reduce swelling. Depression can take over if allowed during recovery but keep your mind clear and know that in 12 months with exersize you will be looking fabulous. Scar treatment is important you must use silicone tape and massage.
