Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Pictures of final result.

Sorry for the pictures, just tried to clean the clear mascara off my eyelashes unsuccessfully.
Here is the final result: very sparse, lots of the original hairs fell out. It they actually stayed in, it would have looked lovely, however they didn’t.
I have to trim the short to disguise them.

Terrible retention rate :(

About 3 years on and my lashes look terrible. There are about 20 lashes remaining on each eye. No one knows Ive had this procedure done.
This weekend my sister told me I need to get my lash extensions redone urgently because they look “really gross” She didn’t realize that they are permanently like this. So I guess that confirms it- the procedure wasn’t worth it and is also not long lasting.
I don’t think the pictures do justice to how sparse and spindly they look. I have to keep them short or they look unusual.
Probably the last post I will make here, as this was meant to be a journal documenting my progress,
not a review of a doctor, as such.
It seems some users are angry that this isn’t a review and think they are entitled to know every detail about my surgery. I have a right to disclose as much information as I would like.
Demanding to know details, regardless of what the information it is, is a breach of my privacy. It is illegal for doctors to say who their patients are or any details regarding their patients surgery.
I don’t know why any random stranger would think it is appropriate to demand to know various details from someone that is not comfortable sharing them.
I highly suggest moving on from this page if you want to know more details than just my experience.
I know that there have been a few doctors that have claimed to have done this surgery on me, which is kind of weird.
Before I started this diary, I researched as much as I could on the procedure and couldn’t find anything on the process.
I spoke to a few people who had the procedure done. Some ignored my messages and some answered them. I never felt the need to harass them for details or more than they felt comfortable sharing.
The entire purpose of this journal was to document the process for anyone who wanted to know what the surgery and end outcome is like.

A few years after the procedure

I thought I’d update m, since I seem to be getting questions, but can’t seem to find them.
My lashes are doing well. They are a pain in the neck because they need curling all the time - like once every 3-4 weeks. I’m saying that, People do comment on my long lashes.

In terms of what’s left- I had about 100 implanted each side. There are about 25 remaining on each side. So not a great retention rate.

I’ll add photos later
