Hi so I'm not ready to post pics but I just wanted to ask some questions first. But first I should probably give background info. (Scroll to bottom for questions)
I've always been top-heavy and my breasts grew very quickly. I was an Australian 12G-H at my heaviest but through weight loss am sitting at a small to normal 12G (depending on bra). I've wanted to get a reduction for years and finally feel like I'm at a place where I've ruled out other options. I used to be very insecure and I wanted to work on that before seriously considering surgery and I am now mature enough to love myself, but at the same time... I do, and always will hate my breasts. Stretch marks and big boobs run in my family and mine are now nearly all faded but still deep. I feel they make my breasts look longer and saggier because my areoleas are at the bottom of my breasts making each stretch mark on top very long. I'm losing weight that I gained last year and I'm seeing that my breasts have excess skin because of it. Initially I was just considering a reduction but now I'm thinking implants as well. My breasts are pendulous and all the weight sits at the bottom.
QUESTIONS
I was wondering if I get implants inserted at the top when I have my reduction/lift, will that give them a round, more shapely look and stretch the top skin so those stretch marks aren't as deep? Or has anyone who only had reduction seek improvement in depth of stretch marks?
Has anyone had a reduction and implants or just a reduction in Australia? What State? How much? Are you happy?
I have lost 12kg and need to lose about another 12-15kg to return to my original weight. There aren't many surgeons close by and waiting lists are very long so I may have to wait a long time and hopefully I will have lost it all by then if I continue at this pace. If I haven't lost all the weight, will losing more weight affect the new breasts? Will I need another lift? How have others new breasts handled weight loss?
What are implants like? I am waiting to hear back on consultation time and have never actually felt implants. How natural are they and would you say that people can tell by feeling them? I want my breasts to be full and round but just small implants. I'm worried they might be less enjoyable for future partners or is that whole rumour a lie?
I'm trying to save but I will need to take a loan out. Has anyone else gotten a loan and can you recommend where to get a loan? Is it difficult to get acceptance?
