Hi! I'm Louie! I'm 19 & from Australia.
I'm currently 4 days post-op & LOVING my new ladies. Pre-op I was a small B...still awaiting to be fitted to my new size! After consulting with my surgeon we decided to go with 450cc round, silicone, high profile, textured surface implants and to place them under the muscle with crease incision:) pre-op my left breast was naturally fuller then my right breast, nothing dramatic but there was a difference. So now with my implants in, my left is still a tiny bit bigger so I'm eager to see the symmetry and similarity once swelling subsides and they are all nicely healed! I am expecting a slightly fuller left breast though. But it probably won't be noticeable!
I have no children, 170cm tall & 60kg. My natural breast were relatively small (less then a small handful) but I have a wide chest which is why I can comfortably accomadate quite large implants! My implant are 13.2cm in width each. Thankfully my natural breast sat fairly round and I had no crease so the implants honestly look lovely, well in my opinion anyways! :) I will share pre-op and post-op photos :)
SURGERY! So I was in at 11.15 sharp & had all my lines and markings on by 11.30...I was introduced to the poeple who would be assisting in my surgery then I was taken into the surgery room (no nerves, AT ALL! Not once actually) laid down onto the surgery table and a drip was placed in my left arm then I was given a dose of morphine I believe?? Then just as that hit me heavily I was given a shot of valium! BAM, LIGHTS OUT... next thing I know I'm waking up extremely groggy and sort of confused. I wasn't in pain I was just very uncomfortable and felt bruised! And tight, very tight. I had a tight strap wrapped around the top of my new boobs but no wrap or bra. I was clothed again, they had put my shirt on whilst I was out of it. The nurse kept coming in checking on me. I had no appetite and was ordered to fast for 6 hours prior to surgery so I hadn't eaten all day! I had my friend with me to help me get home. I was keen to leave soon after waking up. It felt as if I had a weight strapped to my chest... very heavy feeling. Sleeping has been uncomfortable...extremely! I usually sleep on my side...not anymore lol pain was the worst the next day and the following day. My implants are not sitting hgh up in my collarbone and never did! Moving hurt extremely for the first few days and still today (4days post op) there's an extreme difference today in pain etc etc... it's fading quickly :D and so is swelling! The first 2 days are the worst. Over all I would personally class it as bearable! And worth it! Pain killers...endone I was prescribed, made me natious! Made me throw up 3 times on different occasions. I found taking 1 instead of 2 at the same time worked well with the sickness part :) I haven't been rubbing them or messaging them at all or been wearing a bra. They are still very tight! But not heavy and I've had no back pain :) I'm extremely excited to start wearing sexy bras etc! This is the majority of my story :) I'm predicting in one weeks time I will be almost back to myself! I am also returning to work today as my job is not strenuous or physically demanding!

All the best with your boobies girls!
Thanks for reading my story :) any tips or advice will be greatly appreciated or any questions etc!
