Hum well there are lots of up and down. One day it looks great, the next is terrible. Today is terrible, feels like the skin is loosening up, not training is horrible, the “6 pack” look is fading a away. I bought an ultrasonic vibrator and use it 3-4 times a day. Smoothing out the lumps, bumps takes time I guess. I am hoping the skin will tighten up when I go back to my training regimen.
Stomach is still a little tender when I press on it.
Still I am happy with the result.

Sorry what is an ultrasonic vibrator? I was never told about this. Does it help with loosening up the scar tissue and lumps?
I had microair liposuction and bbl 6 months ago. I went through alot but it was worth it. The only problem was my skin was too tight after the operation but unfortunately it started sagging after 2 months. Next would be tummy tuck. Good luck!
Sorry forgot to mention that you look amazing and wait 6 months post op when all swelling goes down you will rock! If your skin has good elasticity then radiofrequency is an option, as well try biostimulator injections like sculptra it does help to build up collagen and tighten the skin .
you look so great! totally understand the ups and downs (only 10 days post op). You have an amazing figure! great blog! ox Lauren
Would love an update from you.
How is your stomach now?

It has been up and down with pain but manageable with panadeine forte. 9 days out no more soreness.
As always the garnement is the biggest pain. The fact that it leaves marks all over your body is scary! Will they ever go away?!
Also it is hot in Australia at present so having compression clothing is a sweaty nightmare. I bought 2 garnements so I could wash one if I needed too. With all that seeping thank goodness I did ... I don’t stink too badly. Had my série of lymphatic massages which at first did hurt a bit. My drains were removed after 5 days as the fluid didn’t stop seeping that quickly.
At this stage the hardest thing for me to do is to follow the doctor’s order and stay away from the gym. I know I still have a couple of weeks to go before I can return to weight training but it’s killing me inside.
Went shopping for a couple of free flawing dresses that will hide the garnement. Not what I am used too after wearing activewear for years. I think I will dispose of them with the garnements when done. No need to keep reminders!
I will post some pictures next.
