I had wanted to get Zoom whitening for a while,...
I had wanted to get Zoom whitening for a while, but I was either pregnant or breastfeeding the past few years. I am done with that phase so my husband got me Zoom as a gift. I went in to the dental office, they took some pictures of my teeth before and got me set up. I did 3 rounds at the medium setting.
The room was brand new and had tvs on the wall in front of me and above me for when the chair was reclined. Each round took about 15 min. The dental hyg came back to check on me and re-apply the gel between the rounds. I was also given a bell to summon someone if i needed anything. What a good idea! My teeth were a little sensitive after my 3rd round but when I saw my teeth - WOW!! I was so excited! I felt like I looked 5 years younger - at least!
My teeth were sensitive for the next 12 hours or so. But I would gladly do this again. Also, I now know I could start using sensodyne toothpaste a week or so ahead of Zoom and my "zings" would be lessened. I highly recommend Zoom and I highly recommend the office I had it done. The office is very nice - brand new! The room had tv's, they offered me a blanket and I felt very relaxed while the light was on my teeth. I would def recommend this office. I will be back as a regular patient.
