I have gained a little and lost a little but overall consistent at working out and eating better.
100% happy with my decision for TT and Lipo but TT and Lipo alone won't get me or keep me where I want to be. it takes life changes and dedication to a healthy lifestyle.

Here they are. These are night time pucs so typically a little more bloated or swollen. Also, still 1 pound heavier than before... :-(

dont worry about that weight. If you're like me, I'm like a bear in the winter, all I wanna do is eat and hibernate lol, but as soon as the warm weather and sun come back it makes my wanna go running and eat better :) your tummy looks great :)

Your looking fab, your belly button doesn't look bad at all , a tad smaller than normal but cute all the same. And beleive me Iv been checking out all the underwear models Bbs lol I'm starting to just wonder if that my old belly was so stretched etc they I'm just taking bad . Time will tell , I have a lovely flat belly so won't complain !!
I think you look great anywsy , hope you get the end result you require , I guess we're just our own worst critics xx
