Unfortunately I was only able to speak to Dr. Johnny Franco on the phone however he was polite, friendly and seemed to be very down to earth. I decided to choose him as my doctor because his staff is very attentive, answered all my questions and concerns and he also seemed opened and accessible. Another reason I chose him was because he seemed to be the only surgeon that offered a trans axillary incision and was willing and prepared to use silicone implants (most of the trans axillary surgeons here in San Antonio seemed hesitant in using silicone). I am planning to see him again before surgery just so I can get "fitted" in his office but after all the consultations I've had with prior doctors I'm pretty fixed on 500cc silicone implants.

He's an awesome skilled surgeon. Please post pictures because it helps others to see his work. I wish I had pictures to look at so I post pic of my progress. Great choice. Good luck to you.
