I decided to get liposuction to help me along with my PCOS. Between the weight gain from fertility drugs to get pregnant and the PCOS that is a metabolic disorder that effects weight and fertility I wanted some extra help and motivation. So I am getting liposuction on my upper front bra roll, back bra roll, hips/ flanks, waist, Upper And Lower abdomen, chin, and pubic area. I split it in to two surgeries and just completed number one which was upper lower abs, pubic and hips/ flanks. The procedure was under local anesthesia I was a wake but did doze off here and there. As far as pain it feels the most like a pinching sensation and it actually tickled in some spots believe it or not. I just had it today and already see a difference. I am so excited!! My doctor was amazing his nurse called at 7pm just to check on me the bedside manner and care of the staff is honestly shockingly good. I checked out 5 doctors before choosing Dr. Erella and I chose him because of the time he took meet with me and explain the procedure most you go to you don't even meet the doc on consultation. I am sore right now but all and all okay. I expected to be a little sore and that's about how I am. Like I went to the gym a day got a really good work out. I will update more later I am still a little loopy.

Still in a bit of pain that feels like sore muscles from a really hard work out although drinking water does help. I've never been one for taking a pill at the first instance of pain, but the nurse said to make sure I keep it in check so I have taken the narco to make it feel better so I can get up and walk around like they want me to. I didn't need the xanex to sleep or for anything else and have been making sure to take my antibiotic and drink water and nothing but water.... which for me is very hard.. I could drink 7 or 8 diet sodas a day easy. I am posting some before pics I don't know if I'll be able to take my garment off long enough for one day post op after but will try maybe when I take a ahower. I've found its true you get light headed when you take the garment off. I will post more this evening as the day goes on and I know how I am feeling

I hate drinking plain water too and drink lots of diet soda. BUT I've discovered some flavored Sparkling waters I just love and to me it's like drinking sodas. The Fruit2O Lime Twists are yummy (lime or cherry-lime) and I'm hooked on Walmart's Clear American sparkling water, esp in White Grape. Tastes just like Diet-Rite's White Grape soda which they no longer make. I don't care for the Concord Grape but the Mandarin Orange is good. They have lots of different flavors AND they're cheap--68cents a liter bottle. You may want to check them out. Good luck with your upcoming surgery.

Thank you! Do you know how much sodium is in them? I just had my first surgery and 1 day post op am estatic with the results of nice I heal and get the next I know I'll be happy but I'm suppose to stay away from sodium and cokes have a ton in them

I'm looking at the label on the White Grape water now: Calories 0, Fat 0, Sodium 0, Sugars 0, Protein 0. Caffeine 0. It has natural flavors but Aspartame for a sweetener. I am crazy about the White Grape but they have a large variety of flavors. It is very carbonated though so you have to be very careful when opening it as sometimes it will spray all over the place---which it did to me on the train this morning going to work. For 68 cents a bottle, try one! I've been drinking these more than soda and that's a good thing and certainly less expensive.

So I tried to get a couple post op pics...this is from surgery 1 I still have another surgery to address upper front bra roll lower back bra roll waist and chin. I kept my banadages/pads that soak drainage on mainly because the only person here to help me is my nephew and I won't have him help me with anything awkward like that. When I have help with a shower I'll hopefully get some better pics. I can't wait for my second surgery when It all comes together.
