Facelift, Neck Lift, Upper Eyelids, and Brow Lift - Austin, TX

I was very motivated to undergo this surgery because, at 65, I was showing the "old age" signs of a crepey neck, jowls, droopy eyelids, and a downward pull around my mouth. It has been two months since my surgery and the results are AMAZING! My jaw line has returned to the youthful one I had 20 years ago. I no longer look like I'm frowning when not smiling; the downward pull is gone. My eyes look bright and rested; no more "tired" looking eyes. The recovery was rough the first 2 days with nausea and I slept most of the time. But on the 3rd morning I began to have an appetite and more energy, although I continued to nap for the next few days. I had bruising around my eyes and on my cheeks, but I had barely any bruising on my neck and it was barely noticeable. The bruising improved each day; I loved checking everything out each time I removed my "head bra" (elastic chin support). One of the hardest parts of my decision to undergo this surgery was telling my two grown daughters. To make it more marketable, I presented it as a "Gentle Facelift," which is exactly what it turned out to be...very natural looking and youthful!
