Hello again. About a month ago, I decided to try CoolSculpting of the abdomen thanks to the positive results posted on this site. I am keeping track of my abdomen area on a different post. I have not noticed much difference, but I am hopeful it will work and I definitely notice a little bit of a difference.
After 30 days of getting the abdomen area done, I decided to go back and do my love handles. The first picture (two pictures attached to one) is before any cool sculpting and the after is the abdomen area.
The remainder of the pictures are for my love handles. I did the procedure last Tuesday, Sep 12th and being that I had gone for abdomen area a month before, I knew what to expect.
My experience is the following:
I saw Carly (because I just love her) at Beleza Med Spa. Carly is very thorough during prep and tells you exactly what she's doing and why she's doing it. After Carly was done prepping, etc., she put the machine on for 34 minutes. The first 4 minutes are crazy cold and after that, the area goes numb and I felt absolutely nothing. It was not uncomfortable. Carly came in a few minutes before the treatment was done and started prepping for the massage. I must say the massage is my LEAST favorite part of the procedure. It goes not hurt, just uncomfortable. Carly massaged the area for 3-6 minutes and again, no pain just uncomfortable.
Today is day 6 and I am already feeling those pains and needles everyone talks about on my love handles. I am still NOT feeling any pains/needles in my abdomen area.
As you can see, I bruised. Please take into account I bruise very easily. I will post another love handle update on day 14.
Pic 1 (w/two pictures) - Left - before any procedure; Right - 30 days post abdomen procedure. I can see a bit of change...not a lot, but somewhat. This was the same day I did my love handles.

Every procedure must be different because I did not bruise, experience any pain or discomfort in the abdomen area.
I can't wait to start noticing the difference. I am happy I saw Carly, she made me feel comfortable. I do recommend Beleza Med Spa downtown.
