Chilly Better Spa is super cute, calming and very inviting. Katie Adams, the owner, makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She takes time to explain the procedures so you will understand what’s ahead for the day. She has had years of experience CoolSculpting and that is all she focuses on at Chilly Betty. She explained that most people need two treatments to see great results.
She takes pictures of the areas to be treated. Then she marks the areas to be treated. The applicators are then positioned on the body where the fat will be frozen. Katie has two treatment machines which makes the process go much faster. Upon placement it has a vacuum suction and within minutes it gets really cold and then after a little bit it goes pretty numb and you don’t feel much else. When the treatment is completed there is short massage that is slightly uncomfortable but thankfully doesn’t last long.
I have had two separate treatment times – in November and April. During the 5 month interval, I lost over two inches in the areas treated, (thighs, arms, abdomen and areas on the back). I would recommend the process to anyone looking to get rid of troubled areas of the body. I have tried many different ways of getting rid of my difficult areas of my body. CoolSculpting has made the most sense and with proven studies of past clients loss and reshaping. I’m very thankful to Katie and CoolSculpting!!! I’d recommend Katie and Chilly Betty to anyone looking for a CoolSculpting spa!
