Well I have been researching for so long now.. I want a breast augmentation and butt implant with fat grafting.. I would like to do my butt first as it is harder to find a doc here around jersey .. Very hard! I have now gained 10lbs in order to harvest more fat .. I was too skinny before in the first pictures I posted. Recently I found Dr Franco in Texas. I am setting up my skype consultation today and I will keep updating from there. I only want to go to him so far for this procedure

Awesome! Please keep us posted on your journey. It is super hard to find a Dr in the bay area that delivers the results I'm looking for in a BBL. The only 2 Dr's for me are Dr. Cortes and Dr. Franco. Since Cortes doesn't have the best reviews, that leaves Franco. I'll be going in as an out of towner also. Good luck on your upcoming banging bod! Don't forget to post pics!

Hey I have not had my consultation set up yet- I'm waiting for Kimberly, dr Franco's assistant to tell me when we can do a Skype consultation then I will know for sure what's best but I do know I want 550 cc intramuscular and I'll decide the shape during the consult
Hi :) I recently had a butt implant procedure with fat transfer with Dr. Franco and he doesn't do intramuscular. He only does subfacial, but he is a great surgeon! If you choose him, you won't regret it.
I love your results so if they will be something like that and not intramuscular well I'm good with it either way lol I a actually showed my bf your pics to show him how dr Francis work is .. Thanks for letting me know -- I hope to get this over with my July !!

I will ! Starting with did u have to have drains like tubes after the surgery .. Or massages?
I replied to your comment on my review, I gave you like a huge response lol but no I didn't get any drains and he showed me how to massage the areas where I had lipo and my mom did it for me.
