28 Y.o. No Kids, 32DDD Breasts, Not Sure if I Should Get Implant with Lift.

I am scheduled to have a breast lift at the beginning of next year. I am a petite woman and have always had large breasts that are heavy and sag. It is genetics as I have no kids and am at a healthy weight for my height. I am not sure if I want to get small implants or not and was honestly surprised when the doctor mentioned it as I never thought I'd need or want them! He said they would make the top area more full and would not make the overall breast larger. He will also be slightly reducing my right breast as it is a bit larger than the left. I'm stuck on what to do and was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience or has any advice? I like the look of full breasts but personally do not want them to look or feel fake! I'm just wondering if a lift will be enough in my situation. As long as the stretched aerolas are smaller and the breasts sit up higher I think I'll be okay but do not want to regret the decision. The price difference is around 2k which isn't a big deal but for now I'm leaning towards a lift without implants. Thoughts and advice please!
