I wanted to be more endowed and look proportionate to the rest of my body. I'm a small 34a, 5'4" and 135 lbs. my bwd, which determines the size of implant you can get, is 12.5 cm. I ended up getting 425 and 450 cc hp silicone mentor implants bc one breast is smaller than the other. My boyfriend was super supportive throughout the process and is taking great care of me during recovery.

Day 2 post op

Pain is manageable. I'm staying in bed and icing constantly. The ice packs have a cloth around them which provide a level of protection against my skin. Im only taking Narco for pain. I've been really careful to eat well prior to taking it and haven't had any nausea either so I'm taking less medication. I am taking
Colace to help with BM but still constipated. Today I had my postop appointment with dr Franco and he said everything looks good. Numbness is to be expected, and I expect most sensation to return once the swelling goes down. I love the fact that I went through the armpit instead of imf (in the boob crease). The scar will heal up and blend into my natural skin folds. So for now, I'm going to keep taking it easy, take the pain meds as needed, ice, and maybe shower of I'm up to it. Changing positions, i.e. Standing up or laying down is the most painful for me but it becomes manageable after a few seconds.
