38 with 5 kids, 15 yo implants with R side leak 400 cc saline under muscle previous lift.

It's been 4 days since the removal of the 400cc under muscle implants. I don't think they look any different yet so will be interesting to see if they change. The right side that had a leak the nipple sits a bit higher. I think this is due to the capsule already starting to shrink around the smaller implant size. I'm hoping that they look ok enough to avoid a second lift but currently I'm guessing a lift will be needed at some point. Starting to get some sensation back in the nipples, hoping that's a permanent change as I had little to no sensation since having the implants put in! Bought some tops in size small and overly really pleased with the outcome. Granted when I lose 30 lbs I may have nothing left but at the moment they are a good size! The only weirdness I have is when I lift my arms it looks like a double boob, I have a ridge and then the breast tissue. I noticed this when I had the implants in, I hope it straightens out but if not oh well. Has anyone else had this and did it go away! I thought it was due to the implant being under the muscle but I still see it without the implant in.
