My experience was very positive.
I scheduled my surgery just 3 weeks later. The day of the procedure was a whirlwind and I remember very little of the day after receiving the anesthesia. I was sore for several weeks, bit each week was better and better. I'm now 6 weeks post-op with in lingering pain or discomfort.
I am so very glad I went through with it. My confidence is the greatest benefit, which translates to me being a lot happier overall.
