I went to Dr. Franco because he had amazing reviews online and was very experienced in transaxillary breast augmentation. I also wanted nipple reduction. From the point I called the office to my consultation, everything was effortless. My first appt I tried on several sizes, my second one I tried on what would be my size I am getting. The day of surgery was nerve wrecking, and I was the last one scheduled that day. Dr. Franco came in and tried to calm my nerves and really was compassionate to how nervous and anxious I was. The day after surgery I had my post op, and the night of surgery Dr. Franco even called to see how I was doing. I’m on week two of post op and can’t wait for them to drop a little so I can show them off. Dr. Franco is absolutely amazing at what he does. I got 470cc gummy implants, transaxillary incision. It was the best decision I ever made. I was closer to an 36a/b and now I am closer to a c/d. We will see when they settle :). I can’t sing praises enough, if you want to get breast augmentation you need to see Dr. Franco! He is absolutely the top surgeon and is way ahead other surgeons in Austin in the most up to date procedures with the smallest incisions and implants. My incisions are healing under my arms, and he has already assured me that once the glue is gone we will start the scar cream to help with the healing. The whole experience has been nothing less than awesome and I would definitely come back for other procedures less invasive. My breast look amazing and the whole staff at More Beautiful You is super personable and make you feel like your not just a patient. The nest part is my breast look incredible, full and exactly what I wanted.
