When I was in college I was always very happy with my breasts but I still required a bra to have the cleavage that I desired. It wasn't until I lost quite a bit of weight that my breasts really became droopy and I lost all volume at the top of my breasts. I was restricted on what clothing I could buy, it always had to be something where a bra would not show but now, because of Dr. Franco I have gained the freedom to shop and wear anything that I want. He has given me the confidence I have never had before and I LOVE my breasts now. I have never had any sort of surgery before but he completely put my mind at ease and it was worth it and it was the best investment in myself and my confidence.

Congratulations...you look wonderful! Do you recall what type and size implants you got to achieve your new look?

Yes! I did 450 cc in my right breast and 475 in my left because it was slightly smaller. I am now a 32 DD which is perfectly big enough and they don't feel heavy.

Oh that's great your doctor was able to address some slight asymmetry, which is very common. Glad you feel just the right size. Just curious, how did your family and friends react to your surgery?

Everyone was very supportive, my mom was the one who went with me to my surgery. I obviously heard some comments like "you don't need it" but now when I show my before and after photos everyone is shocked and say things like "they are so much better". I think they finally see what I had been feeling the whole time, but it was definitely worth it and they now feel like part of my body and shape.

Aw, glad you had some supportive family and friends. Sometimes it takes a while for any non-supporters to warm up to the idea. ;)

I'm good for you! The same stats, I'm meeting with two doctors in the middle of May hoping for a August surgery. Eeekkkk!

Oops typo, I'm **glad** for you.
Was your mom always on board with your decision to have surgery?
