38, 3 Kids & Wanted my Body Back!

Well I gained 8 lbs, but that was no biggy because I was told gaining 5-10 lbs after surgery will help keep that fat in the booty. Well it did by my skin just dropped. It never retracted. I literally have a blob on my stomach where it used to be taut and like I had abs.. now its some weird bubble. I have so many back rolls that I wish I had the fat back, it was at least smooth. Sitting down, my tummy lays on my legs with its drooped skin. He never felt my tummy knowing I had 3 kids to see if I had Diastis recti (I do) and recommend a tummy tuck instead because he knew I was post menopause, so I trusted he knew, being a great doc that whether a post menopausal woman's skin would retract or not. He said, you have great skin, it will retract nicely. Yeah... nope. I am saving up to go to the Dominican republic to see Dr. Pizzoglio who is AMAZING and I should have gone to him in the first place. He will tell you straight up that you wont retract if he knows you are post menopausal. Ive talked with him for 2 yrs now and he said I wouldnt have let you do lipo alone, your skin wouldnt go back, I would have said to do a tummy tuck and repair the muscle and tighten you in the back too. That way I would have the results I paid for here, down there for 1500 less and he never works on more than 2 patients per day and is honest with you. American Docs are just out for the money and dont care if a woman has to live with what he KNOWS will happen. You can't tell me that in his 15 yrs of plastic surgery he doesnt know that a post menopausals woman's skin wont retract? I didnt know.. but I am not a plastic surgeon. Just a heads up and a horrible update.. See for yourselves ladies.. think before you go. Do your research and go with your gut. Mine was Dr.alejandro hernandez pizzoglio..... I shold have

This is what 12k gets you... save your money and pay 1/2 and get 2xs the quality of work and care in DR from anbout 5 docs for sure that do not opperate on more than 2 patients, or if its a big one like TT, lipo, BBL, they do only one so they spend the time to make sure you will be 100% perfect. Instead, I got a floppy version and one side of my butt is flatter than the other. Still today, 9 wks out, I still use the bbl cushion and lay on stomach only. Plus working with a trainer and feel worse than I did before I did the surgery.

Well, I am going to be brutally honest. After spending 12K to get this done between the surgery, trip, accomodations, travel, etc, I would not go back to him. I love him as a person and all of his staff, but this is worse than what I started with. I lost 8 lbs and got down to what I weighed when I had the surgery, My butt did go down a lot. I was 29.5 waist with 45 hips/butt, to now 33 waist and 43 butt/hips. I got bigger in my stomach and smaller in my butt. My skin never retracted and I have gotten post messages that have been brutal at points, every.single.day but a total of 7 days since surgery. The magic 100, "skin tightening" cream, that did nothing. If he saw me preop and saw that I might be a better candidate for a tummy tuck and stomach repair or injections in my butt where the cellulite bubbles were (why doesnt injecting fat to make the butt bigger, not take care of that?). I also had a square figure, but they didnt create this rounded butt with the 1000ccs in EACH cheek. They gave me a projected flat from the side, but round in shape(hard to explain) but not bubble like. They did lipo in between legs, yet they still touch, looks like nothing is gone. The most I REALLY tell a difference is the pubic fat pad. Otherwise everything is droopy and awful looking. I should have trusted my gut and gone to see dr alejandro pizzoglio in the DR. I could have gotten a TT, lipo 360 with a BBL and a smoothness (Ive seen his 6 months post opp on girls that had LOTS of dimples) for 7500. He has zero complaints, double board certified, I just wouldnt have had a companion to go with me like I wanted. The suits were a big issue. WARNING if you get a BBL, get a faja that you project will fit you. Theirs is NOT adjustable and they are 200. I found I could send my measurements in to a speciality place and pay 150 that fits correctly. My butt was too big for the suit so it started making lines in my butt. I NEVER got offered a refund. I wore 1 6 times and the other one 1x. I paid 400.00 on those alone. Then went through a fiasco after they recommended another place of THEIRS, to get one, that did not work, then another place, again, didnt work, finally they told me to not wear a suit at all that it would not hurt my body. I look 6 months pregnant now. If he had said I needed a TT and repair, I would have paid an extra 3-4k to make that happen, but it was about quick money. The BBL seat, cushion is SOOO cheap. It was splitting on the plaine, apart like it was in layers. Then it deflated after the first week of using it. It was 100.00. Then I was sent a "complementary bathing suit" that Leesey (who is such a doll) gave me.. I wore it 1x, came in and took it off after realizing, duh should have washed it. I realized, it didnt have a panty liner on it, and I took out the pads and found 3 different types and one had blood on it! It was the one on the outside, I had round white ones, 1 white triangle one and a black one (see pics). There were 4 pads and one had blood on it. She claimed it was red paint.. she stated "Hey hun that wasn't blood. I put two more cups in it trying to see if it helped with the breast. It's red paint. It was just extra cups I had to pull from a swimsuit at home. I just forgot to take the extra cups out of it before I sent it. I'm so sorry about that.

Okay.. 2 things.. WHY would their swimsuits that they give to patients be at HER home, and why would the suit be out of the bag and the pads by her project?! That is total BS.. how do I know?? Tested the mark it is blood. I have a lab at school and tested it, it is NOT paint. Another lie. They sent another, voila, it had a liner and no inserts. It was actually NEW! Too much shady activity. I copied/pasted her message, so you guys can just see the results and see the pads yourself. If you are not in decent shape or have a decent booty or over the age of 35/post menopause, I would not go to him at all. He knows if you are going to retract back or not, he has told me that is why he didnt do my arms, it wouldnt be wise.. well if he knew that, he should have known this. Now my family is out 12K that I worked 4 years to save and will have to go get another BBL repair and my tummy done right from someone else. I have been working out religiously, doing squats, lunges, push ups, chair sits, planks, etc.. all without sitting on my butt, starting at week 7. I also get in 5 miles a day. My butt was gone before I started. My trainer said to try some butt exercises to get it to try to come back or look better than it did. He said yeah, I wouldnt have paid that either. I also was supposed to get lipo under my arms, but now I have this big fat bulge of fat that hangs out that didnt before, like they are wings! DISGUSTING! SAve your money. I am not bitter, I am realistic and if I can see other docs work on people that are 45-50 and look amazing with worse shape than I had before, he could too, if he really was the "King" he claims to be.

I was also told I would be called for a 6 week post op virtual appt by Roxy, that call was never made and I never had a 6 wk post opp. Very unprofessional.
Swelling is gone and this is what is left. Choose wisely or be very thin, under 40, and semi fit.
