I am freaking out now. Surgery is tomorrow at 7am!! I think I am on the verge of a panic attack. I am so worried!! I know others have been as worried as I am right now. Any suggestions on what to do this evening before I get some sleep? I probably will not sleep much though. I plan on eating a salad with chicken or turkey for dinner, drinking lots of water today also!!

Stop worrying. A must is to take before pics. You will need them to see why it's all worth it. I never worried for a second. I was bouncing off the walls with excitement. This is an awesome eve for you! Tomorrow you will hit the flat side. I will warn you that there will be mood swings and impatience with it all but that's par for the course. Stay positive and hydrated. You'll do awesome!

Best wishes to you. You are two days ahead of me. I plan to take a Valium as instructed the night before. It will also help give a head start with spasms I was told. I will follow your journey. Hpoefully by now you are asleep!

I wound up have a circumferential (all the way around ) Recovery has been up and down for me but I would do it again! So worth the very long wait! Just rest ~ stay positive and be very patient ~you'll be fine and happy you did it too ~Keep us posted ~ We are here for you!

Surgery went well, 2lbs skin and2lbs fat gone!! Pain has not been too bad, pain pump and the pain pills are really helping. Went in for my day after checkup and all is well with healing. My back hurts from the crunching over. I'm hoping to get straight up, but not rushing it.

Good job. Go to Vitamin store and get a cream call Arnicare Cream. It's good for pain swelling.

Saturday Morning Feeling Better

User Avatar

Friday was a tough day! I was constipated awful!! Finally went to the bathroom and had relief!
I'm not in much pain anymore, just my back and a little in the tummy area. No more pain pump and now I am only taking EX Strength Tylenol every 6to7 hours. I finally saw all the bruises from the lipo suction and the depression set in. I also have to cough every now and again and that hurts awful. I do itch wherever the binder is. I look forward to the 30minutes a day I get to take it off.

Saturday I woke up feeling much better! Slept better and back is not as sore, still coughing every now and again... that is painful. Still have not stood up straight, not sure when I can do that safely, I need to ask the PS. Took a shower with help from husband and hopefully wash my hair today later.
