Dr. Shashoua did an incredible job with my labiaplasty! I had always felt incredibly self conscious about my labia, and they got pinched and irritated constantly from clothing, and the labiaplasty was perfect for me. It definitely hurt like hell for the first week. The first two days were in bed and in a ton of pain, which is expected as it’s a super sensitive area. It was very tender while the skin was still healing, but after that, the only thing that was painful were the sutures, which dissolved quickly and most of my pain was gone within three weeks! I’m so glad I did my research and found Austin Labiaplasty and Vaginal Rejuvenation at Austin Urogynecology, they have extensive before and after photos, which really helped me get a sense of what was actually possible. The nurses and staff are all so kind and honest, they fully answer any and all questions completely judgement free. During the procedure Dr. Shashoua was extremely thoughtful and gentle, frequently checking in with me and letting me know what was going to happen. During recovery, the office kept calling me until I picked up to make sure everything was going well and to answer any of my questions. Unlike a lot of doctors and practices, the people here care about you relentlessly, something that is so important in dealing with health and recouperation. I am ecstatic about my results, pants are honestly fitting better, and feeling way more confident than I ever thought I could be. I highly highly recommend Dr. Shashuoa for labiaplasty!
