Wish I had taken more before photos!

Ladies, take a TON of before photos (even if you hate them) and lots of after. Its amazing to see how far you've come and I wish I had done a lot more of that. Also, I had very little desire to take photos of myself with a flat butt and a flat chest... since my breast augmentation my selfie game is MUCH better than it was before! ...So excuse the terrible photos. Ha!

I can't tell you how good it feels to be in a ton of tops and dresses without a bra (and to have breasts the same size now!). I only have bras for working out, and a few bralettes to cover up my nipples in lighter tops. That's it!

BEFORE: 34A one breast / 34B second breast

AFTER: 34DDD with 325 and 375 silicone gummy bear sub muscular breast implants.

I am extremely flattered. I might be a perfectionist!

I LOVE with my new chest!

Hey ladies! I don't know why, but RealSelf is being rude and keeps posting my original review in a giant block, which is hard to read. It also won't let me post photos. :/ I'll figure this out as soon as I can, but I just wanted to say that I LOVE my chest (augmentation was 2 years ago) and everything still looks and feels great.

Dr. Piazza is a bad ass and everything feels completely natural. Sometimes I feel a little pressure laying on my side, or when I'm lifting heavy weights at the gym that activate those muscles, but that seems to be normal of almost everyone who has submuscular implants. I was out of work for about 10 days. Couldn't lift, carry my dogs, or do anything strenuous for about six.

If anyone has questions about recovery I'm happy to answer! Good luck ladies!

It's been just over two years since my breast augmentation with implants surgery, and I'm still thrilled with my new chest. I poured over a crazy amount of research and had consultations with twelve (yes TWELVE) different doctors between Texas and California. I knew from the moment I walked out of Dr Piazza's door that he was my surgeon. Dr Piazza really took his time, sitting down with me over tea and going over what I do want, what I don't want, and walking me through every step of the procedure. He was very up front about what I could expect, and did a great great managing my expectations about what was (and wasn't) possible with the look I wanted; I felt completely prepared by the end of it and that's a lot of peace of mind. I ended up waiting about 3 years (life happened) before I came back, but Dr Piazza not only remembered exactly what I wanted, he remembered little nuances in our conversation 3 years ago that he couldn't possibly have taken notes on. Unfortunately at that time I was still grieving over the death of someone close to me that happened only a month before my pre-op. He and his assistant Haley were so compassionate. Where other doctors would have rolled me on through, they insisted I take time to be in the right frame of mind and get my nutrition back on track so that my healing process was better. I was incredibly grateful and impressed. The doctor and his staff care more about their patients and their results than simply pushing you through procedures like cattle. The surgery center (Stonegate, last time I got them done in 2016) was one of the best I have ever been to. Clean, organized, compassionate nurses, and an anesthesiologist that actually took his time to call me before the procedure to discuss my difficulties with going under. They were so thorough. Dr Piazza was on time and extremely encouraging. He has a way of instilling a lot of confidence in you without coming across as arrogant. Everything went smoothly! I cannot take powerful pain medicine (they make me atrociously sick) so I had to tough out my recover on tylenol. They pain was really minimal. The only thing I really felt discomfort on was bending over or putting my arms down to scoot myself backwards in a sitting position, and within a couple of weeks I was totally fine. The healing process happened exactly as the Doctor told me it would. His scar aftercare worked wonders (raw vitamin E helps too), his post-op communication was on point and I just can't say enough about how compassionate and thorough everyone was. If I was a young plastic surgeon, I would be looking to this office for best practices to emulate--they are that on top of it. Two years later, I absolutely LOVE my chest still, the before and after photos blow my mind (I will post them soon, because I admit RS reviews without photos annoy me) and in May of this year I will be undergoing another lipo and BBL procedure with Dr. Piazza and his amazing staff. God doesn't make perfect work, but Dr Piazza does. He's a bad ass, but more importantly I trust him implicitly. My mother is also getting her chest re-done by Dr. Piazza right after my BBL surgery and she's traveling all the way from California! If anyone has any questions I'm happy to answer them. I'll be sure to post another review of my BBL process.
