I spent a lot of time interviewing surgeons in the Austin area, when I met Dr. Nakra I knew I didn't need to look any further. Since I was planning multiple procedures in one surgery I was very nervous, but Dr. Nakra put me at ease. Before my surgery I emailed him multiple times with questions and concerns and he always replied promptly, answering my questions in great detail. I felt completely confident in Dr. Nakra the day of my surgery because I knew I had found not only the most talented surgeon, but the most caring and compassionate one as well. I was very impressed that Dr. Nakra came to my house the day after my surgery to remove my bandages so I didn't have to leave my house. He texted me everyday to make sure I was improving, I felt like he truly cared about how I was doing. The results have exceeded my expectations! As I said before, Dr. Nakra is an exceptionally talented surgeon and I couldn't be happier. My goal was to look natural and not 'done' and that is exactly what I see in the mirror! I now know what it means to "feel like a million bucks"!! Everyone in the office is wonderful, very supportive and caring. I now go to the TOC Medical Spa for Botox touchups and HydraFacials because I believe that everyone there is truly invested in doing the best they can for their patients. The procedures I had done were lower face lift, brow lift, neck lift, blepharoplasty (upper eyelids), lip augmentation (SMAS), facial fat transfer, and CO2 fractional laser.
