I haven't had the procedure yet so I don't know what to think. As of now I have done lots of research so I don't think I'm scared. I'm most scared of taking care of my kids after then I am of the actual surgery. I'm worried about cooking. I'm worried about the them putting the drain things in and when pulling it out it hurting. Other then that I have wanted a BR since I was 14

Welcome to the community.  Don't let the possible fear get to you.  You will feel like a new woman after this surgery and will love it.  The drain removal didn't hurt, it was only a little pinch and then it was over.  Goes very quickly and a relief when they are out.  Keep us up to date.

Getting Prepared

BR set for September 25. I'm a mom of 3 boys 2 in sports 1 hyper active. My husband works. So I have to take care of them....like most mom's do. I want to prepare as much as I can so reading on here having meals prepped sounds like a good idea. I've been researching all day good freezer meals. Not ready

Good luck with your surgery! I am having mine on the 22nd so we will be close together. I can't even imagine taking care of kids. I am 67 years young, so thankfully I am past that! My hubby will be taking care of me, though he isn't real nuturing! Lol. Just wish my Mom was alive, and could be with me. One of my sisters offered to come, but she has a lot on her plate, so I told her I would be fine. You will be in my prayers that all goes really good! Make sure and not do too much too soon!

How did your surgery go? I had some after complications. ..but I'm well. I should have taken it easy. Do you feel young now and have a pep in your step? Sorry didn't know how to use this site at first.

Bless your heart Dear, You will be so happy. I had mine done last week and I was really only uncomfortable for a couple of days after the surgery. It's only been a week and I felt good enough to go back to work today! Best of luck to you. Keep us posted!

Good for you LouiseReed going back to work already. I am really sore still, but I had liposuction too around my back, and it looks so much better. I am 14 days post op. I am having a lot of pain In my right Breast. I see my Dr. In a week to get my stitches out. I am anxious to read on down mommabartlet to see how your surgery went as you were 3 days after me.
