I can see some changes . I think I've got a bit bigger althouni he scales say otherwise. I got down to 66 kg I think a 21/2 - 3 kg weight loss. I didn't actually weigh myself prior to the op. It looks like the back fat has crept back . I haven't been on a diet, eating normally , and are exercising 5 days a week. My stomach is a bit lumpy in parts and some days I do swell. I wear my cg at night at times. I even put a book down there to flatten out the lumps, they aren't awful, but it could be better. Will go back to surgeon and get his opinion, otherwise all in all its been a big change for the better, but I do wonder if this is going to last.

I'm following your progress. I've had doctors recommend a tummy tuck and other recommend lipo. I'm going to start with just lipo and see where it gets me. I'm over 40, so my days of a string bikini are behind me anyways. Just wanted to let you know that I met with a doctor yesterday and he told me that small girls, like you, don't see the results really until 5 to 6 months. I wonder if this is the case?
Nice to be called small. Haven't had that before! Thanks. !! I'm 5 foot 8. My weight seems to fluctuate depend on swelling, 66/67 kilos. I have been eating normally but have had a few too many wines lately , but I doo excercise . Not vigorously , walking, tennis, but generally something most days. Yes tt was I think a procedure too radical for me, the recovery would have been difficult as well as the expense. They took 21/2 litres from me. And overall I am happy, I do have nightmares that this is going to return cos I think it has already. I wonder if a tummy tuck would have reduced the shelf effect that I have, it's not horrendous, some days it looks a bit odd. If I wore a bikini , which maybe I shouldn't anyway as I'm 51 , it might look slightly odd, but in clothes, you can't tell. When I wear jeans, I have the contour of that on my belly when I undress or any garment with a tight waist. My sides are still numb, so really I am still healing. I just pray to God it doent come back. Diet starts tomorrow !
You look great! No TT needed. Too painful anyway.
I dont think you need a tt either. Most doctors say its 9 months until you see the full results so you should wait at least until then. Plus you wont have huge scar. I had my tt in akd nz the scar is uneven, hips are uneven and huge dog ears (excess skin on hips). So if you can avoid it go for it.
hi are your lumps on your stomach any better or worse?

My stomach is still a bit lumpy and I still have the shelf like effect on my belly around by tummy button. I am continuing to massage and keeping my cp on when I can, although my surgeon said at this stage is shouldn't make a too much difference. He also seems to think things will improve in the next few months. I do have a bit of loose skin which kind of sags around my belly button my surgeon said also that should get a bit better too. In all I have lost 3 kilos as of this date. I am pleased with my results , although not perfect, but my body wasn't perfect to start with. I would say 80 percent there and hoping for some skin retraction and a bit more smoothness on belly. For me this has been a very positive thing to do, certainly a journey , and the way my clothes fit , is sooooo much better. Infact the thought of clothes shopping doesn't depress me anymore.

Real people don't have perfect bodies. You are looking totally amazing and its awesome that you're feeling so positive about it!
Don't forget, every lump, scar, blemish, cellulite, wrinkle, crinkle and freckle was added to the blank canvas you were born with and makes up the unique artwork you are today.
Your results are fantastic, keep on smiling!

By week four I started seeing a change in the scales in regards to weight lost. What I thought previously was a deduction to swelling the week or so ( hence my dismay in no change i scale weight) before has been much more significant this past week . I still have lumps on my belly due to swelling . I decided to have lymphatic massage of which I have had two. So now know what they do in I will continue at home. The mAssage helps with contour for sure. There are some small lumps like the size of a pea so I just rub with my finger until gone. The rest I just roll with a glass bottle , seems to work. I have a 4 inch square that I am working on. The rest of my my torso is fine no issue as all. Anyway here are the images, so u can see for yourself

You're looking fantastic, definitely a good choice not to go with the tummy tuck, your results are great
Thank you it's about 80 percent there . But am pleased when putting on clothes that is for sure big difference in body shape
I had a different procedure done with Dr Mills. It resulted in significant scarring and pixie ear deformity which Dr Mills didn't think was an issue. I would not choose him again.
