Before and after lip filler

Please see the previous parts of my review before commenting. This pic is before and after 5mil lip filler over the course of 3 years. Have used juvederm, Restalyne and Beletoro Intense and been to 4 different injectors.

1mil top up of Restalyne define lip filler
It’s been about 18 months since my last top up of filler which I think is a good run! I probably could have waited a few more months but my lips were starting to look quite dry and an M shape happening in the top lip where the filler had dissolved over time.
I had 1mil Restalyne Define (or maybe Refine I’m not 100% sure). I went to a different injector this time as I had seen her work and it looked amazing.
The first thing I noticed was she did many many more injections into my lips than my previous injector. Probably around 50 in total! Because of this I came up quite bruised and very VERY swollen, much worse than my previous 4 experiences. Luckily I had taken the rest of the week off work so had 4 days to recover without anyone seeing me. I’ve attached pics so you an see the huge difference from the initial swelling to just 5 days later. Im not interested in hearing people’s opinions on the swelling, I just wanted to share this in case there is anyone in the same boat who is worried their lips look huge! Give it a few days and they will start looking a lot better! Once again very happy with how they are looking and looking forward to them smoothing our in the coming weeks. My injector gave me better symmetry and shape this time along with bringing volume back to where it was.

They look fab! I'll be getting a top up in a couple of months and debating going to someone else. She's good who I go to but they're always slightly asymmetric. She said that because my natural lips aren't symmetrical (which is true) it can be hard to achieve a fully symmetric result. Not sure if that's true or not due to other people's results on pictures.

Mmm yea my lips are unsymmetrical too I think most people's are, but they are a lot more symmetrical now due to the filler. If you look back at my first post in this review it shows my lips before filler. Probably wouldn't hurt to get a second opinion!

I need opinions
I last had my lips filled over a year ago. I’m wondering if I should go for a top up or if they still look fine and I’ve just become used to them. I really done want to have them too big and look like a fish haha. Please let me know your thoughts

Leave it alone imho.
I think they look natural and settled. Not that strange swollen look that can happen with filler. I’d wait a few more months before getting another topper. They really look great! Kudos to the person who does your fillers!
I think they look great. I would hold out on more filler for a bit longer if it were me.
Don’t overdo it. You want people to think you got lucky with pretty lips, not wonder how much you paid for them.
