22 yo, 2 Babies & breastfed, 36A. Auburn, AL

I'm 18years old & I've ALWAYS wanted big boobies ! Even as a little girl id ask my mom how to get big boobs & she'd tell me fake stories to get me to eat fruits & veggies /: when I got pregnant they started growing & I had a 34C I was so excited & they were perky & round & cute . Then I stopped breast feeding & they deflated & got saggy . Plus , I've always had weird nipples . They're not innverted or anything they just are always smoothed out & round & it just looks very strange to me . I want a breast augmentation so bad but I'm just not so sure if I should do it now or wait ...

I’ve been researching breast augmentations since I was 18 and had my first son. I ended up having another this past year who is almost one now. Both pregnancies my breasts became huge and engorged. And stayed that way while breastfeeding until I stopped with both and they shrunk up. As per my pictures from 2014 I posted when I was 18 they are pretty much the same except my Areolas are a tad larger. But overall still “deflated” looking and small. I’ve been saving a couple months now and have came up with about $2000 and plan on using some tax refunds for the other $2000-$2500(it’s cheaper in my area because plastic surgery isn’t as big of a sought after interest in Alabama as many places).
One thing I have not really had much thought or options into is childcare for those first few days to a week. That seems like a long time for someone to watch my young children when most of the time they don’t even stay somewhere but for a few hours. I’ve been talking to my husband and we’re thinking of him staying home and taking care of them while I rest.
I’ve emailed some doctors to get some consultations set up next month as I would hope I can get the surgery done in March so I have a couple months before summer! Also since my 22nd birthday is in March so they’re wouldn’t be any issues with my getting silicone if my chosen PS thinks best for me.
But from my extensive research and “wish pics” I’m probably shooting around round moderate plus 350-450ccs not sure about textured or smooth yet as if it’s round shape not sure if it would really matter on it or not. Just more questions to ask about at consults.
I’m pretty set on getting them this year as I am still young and would like to look nicer in my younger years as I won’t be this age forever and don’t want any doubts when I’m older wishing I looked better or had done a surgery like this when my body was still resilient and can bounce back faster.

I currently have a mid-large 36A size and would want to get back to a large 36D- small 36DD. Both of these sizes I have obtained in the past which is why I’m hoping it’s obtainable while still looking semi natural. Hopefully the doctors will give me more insight and hope for achieving this look. If they don’t think it’s possible to do without looking fake then I’ll have to go smaller but i wold rather get the size I desire if I can!
