A Big Thank You to Dr. Ghazi!

Dr. Ghazi performed my tummy tuck procedure just shy of 2 weeks ago. He did the full tummy tuck with lipo and muscle repair. I'm finally starting to feel a bit better. And couldn't be more happy with finally having had the procedure done and for choosing Dr Ghazi as the surgeon to do it. He gave a great first impression from the very first consultation that hasn't wavered. He and his entire staff have been so helpful, understanding and pleasant during this entire process. Having the tummy tuck procedure is scary and it's a difficult procedure to endure and heal from. I feel that I've been in great hands every step of the way. Dr. Ghazi called me the night of surgery himself to check in on me. My family and myself were so impressed and comforted by this. I'm recommending him to everyone that I know. Even one of the nurse's, Cindy went above & beyond to make sure I felt at ease when I called concerned about my swelling just before they closed the office for the weekend. She assured me that everything I was describing sounded normal and this this was all part of the healing phase. But she added that I could share a pic of myself with her and she would let me know if anything appeared out of the norm. We exchanged several messages and for it to be end of the day on a Friday I never felt a rush from her or any sense of annoyance from my persistent questions. That definitely was noticed and greatly appreciated. I wish I could remember more of the staffs names right now. Because so many of them have been great! I look forward to the end results. But so far, as I said I'm only 2wks post op and everything already looks great! My incision is nice and low and neatly done. And I'm sculpted nicely even through the swelling.

Had a small swelling/ seroma issue arise ...in a pocket above my belly button. But I've gone in to Ghazi's office to have it drained now 3x and still healing up nicely. Jodi & Madison are the best! They've made it pleasant to come in to visit even knowing that I'd have to get poked. (Not a fan of needles) Before the after pic (23 days post op) was taken I'd been wrapped tight in an Ace bandage and wearing my compression garment for 3 days to apply pressure to the swelling. It was extremely uncomfortable but looks like it helped big time. Now all of the glue has been removed. I've been instructed to start using brown tape daily on the incision. Stuffing my belly button with medicated gauze tape that they've provided and still wearing my compression garment daily. I'm walking much better now and nearly standing upright completely. Almost there...
